SPEAKER_00: You're on Brewer's briefing.

SPEAKER_01: Well, hi, I appreciate you.

SPEAKER_00: What's on your mind this morning?

SPEAKER_01: I am doing the very first Oklahoma Festival.

SPEAKER_01: It is the inaugural festival right here in Oklahoma City,

SPEAKER_01: and I just want to get the word out on it.

SPEAKER_01: It's all folk.

SPEAKER_01: Rock and Roll and some soft rock and roll, too.

SPEAKER_01: And this festival is coming right up on September 27th, and that is a Saturday.

SPEAKER_00: That's this Saturday.

SPEAKER_01: Yes.

SPEAKER_01: And it will be held at a bagel place called Oklahoma Bagel, here local.

SPEAKER_01: They're lending us the building.

SPEAKER_01: Wow.

SPEAKER_01: Uh-oh.

SPEAKER_01: Bagels are going to be available that day, so, you know, I don't, I don't want me stink out of

SPEAKER_01: from folks here on that one.

SPEAKER_01: But we did hear that Joan Jett will be here.

SPEAKER_01: Now, she is not a scheduled performer.

SPEAKER_01: I'll be honest with you, but if you got Jonah Jett out there, we can lend her a guitar.

SPEAKER_01: Maybe she's drummed some guitar.

SPEAKER_01: I mean, if you got Jonah Jett out there, we want to get the word out on it.

SPEAKER_01: But we have got Candlestick Rental Headline, and we also got Benson Bronson.

SPEAKER_01: And they've also got Benson Bronson, and they screen.

SPEAKER_01: some mean acoustic guitar up there with some mandolin and everything else.

SPEAKER_01: And plus, there's a water slide with folks just sliding like wildfire.

SPEAKER_01: So it should be a pretty good crowd over here.

SPEAKER_01: We just want to get the word out on it.

SPEAKER_00: And what's the location?

SPEAKER_01: It is in the Plaza District on 16th Street, rain or shine, up here.

SPEAKER_01: And I'm Ronald Finger, and I'm known here.

SPEAKER_01: local for the Oklahoma Festival.

SPEAKER_01: And I've been in the same location for 54 years.

SPEAKER_01: So rain or shine on that one.

SPEAKER_00: How did you hear about our program to call in today?

SPEAKER_01: I'm here.

SPEAKER_01: I've been working with the consulate here to get some bands approved for playing for Oklahoma.

SPEAKER_01: And the people at the consulate told me about this show, and I've been listening to you every so often.

SPEAKER_01: And I love what's going on here.

SPEAKER_01: Wow.

SPEAKER_01: So I want to help you on it.

SPEAKER_01: And I've been hanging up, Flyers.

SPEAKER_01: I must have a hundred of them hanging up.

SPEAKER_01: I'm a day.

SPEAKER_01: I'm going to tell you about it and hope you can help me get the word out on it.

SPEAKER_00: So Folk, La Homa, is that what it's called?

SPEAKER_01: That's what it's called.

SPEAKER_01: It's the inaugural, Oklahoma Festival.

SPEAKER_01: And I'm Ronald Finger, and I'm working here local for this festival, first of its kind.

SPEAKER_01: The very first one.

SPEAKER_00: Very cool.

SPEAKER_00: Well, Ronald, thanks for calling into the program today.

SPEAKER_00: Well, we've got the word out, man.
